MODUS Surveying Services provides specialist support to policyholders and our loss adjusting activities on large or complex buildings claims. Comprising of 16 qualified building surveyors, their services include:

  • Health and Safety including CDM

Surveying Services can be utilised on domestic and commercial claims including properties of non standard construction or listed buildings.

Modus offers an innovative range of services from Fast Track and menu based fixed fee arrangements including Party Wall and CDM administration, to full project management.
