In line with our reputation for responding innovatively to client needs we have invested much time in developing our special investigations service and as a result we are now regarded as leaders in the field of adjuster-led fraud investigation.

We work in partnership with our clients to support their commitment to comply with regulation and deliver first rate investigations. Our plan is simple, to promptly validate genuine claims and detect fraud quickly.  We use sophisticated screening techniques such as desktop conversation management and where further investigation is warranted our team of special investigators undertake a structured approach to evidence gathering.  Our service is fully conversant with relevant regulatory prescriptions - the principles of treating customers fairly – and with all relevant operational and legal protocols.

The effects of fraudulent claims are felt by all, we are committed to combating and preventing fraud. Over the last 12 months we have a achieved a tenfold increase in the identification of fraudulent claims and are generating significant cost savings for our clients which can then be passed on to their customers.
