The pursuit of recoveries is a key principle of insurance. Based on years of success in the claims handling arena the Davies Recovery Unit was formed in 2009 to provide our clients with a dedicated specialist subrogation service. Since that date we have achieved significant success both in terms of sums recovered and reduction of settlement times.

From the outset of any claim our team actively pursue potential recoveries in a structured way. We provide a detailed investigation of the facts, identify responsible parties and collect all the necessary evidence to support a successful recovery.

Of added value is our partnership with a leading national firm of Solicitors and “no Win, No Fee” scheme, where litigation is required. However, we also work with our client’s own legal representatives if this is their preferred approach.
