Broker active
We recognise and value the role brokers play in the claims process, and we always aim to be what we call "Broker Active."
Whenever we know a broker is involved, we contact them straight away to ask what level of involvement they are looking for.
They may want to attend the first meeting, subsequent meetings, or indeed to participate in settlement negotiations.
Alternatively, they may simply wish to be copied in on correspondence.
Whatever the broker's requirements we always try to accommodate them as far as we are able.
The positive and professional relationships we have established with brokers in this way, have led many of them to nominate us on their clients' policies.
They do this because they know our collaborative input will add real value, should one of their clients suffer a loss.
