Group Compliance
With the increase in regulation in the financial services market and in particular, the development of the FSA, The Davies Group has established a separate dedicated Compliance Unit. This unit is responsible for corporate governance and internal control, and for establishing and maintaining systems and procedures to ensure compliance with FSA regulation for all companies within the group.
