Eastwell is an integral part of the Davies Group, whose in-house regional surveyors rigorously select and manage a UK-wide network of established, secure and reliable building contractors.

We are market-leaders in building-repair and reinstatement – working with 80 closely supervised contractor firms and a workforce of over 2000 construction professionals.

All contractors are handpicked. We require a proven record of quality work and an awareness of the complex nature of insurance repair projects and the high levels of customer care. Financial stability is also essential.

Contractors must have adequate liability insurance, sound staff and management hierarchy, and must be CDM compliant. Supported by our centralised validations system and bespoke computer system, which tracks every phase of every project, we vet and monitor contractors, conduct regular scoping and progress assessments, and maintain close customer contact throughout.
