Davies options
Davies Options is a surveyor-led service designed to meet the challenge of high-leakage low-value building claims.
A fast-track flexible solution run in conjunction with Eastwell Contractor Management, Davies Options adds customer value while minimising costs, and is already proving popular with clients.
For building losses under £2000, employing adjusters may look uneconomic and claims are often paid without the opportunity to inspect or control costs. We provide an inspection, report and photographs, after which claims are either declined or validated.
In the latter case, we offer four options: a cash settlement based on the surveyor's assessment, a cash settlement based on a validated estimate, assistance in providing a scoping document for estimating purposes or repair though our managed contractor network.
