Digital technology

We are always looking to invest in new technology with the ability to improve our service. Digital dictation is a good example. We use this technology throughout our office network to help us manage secretarial support services more effectively.

Not only does this ease pressure on local resources, especially at times of peak demand, it helps our adjusters make full use of our dedicated hub service at our central claims management centre.

We are also using digital pen technology to help our adjusters operate more efficiently when out of the office, filing claims and updating records remotely in real time.
