Unique in the market our Inspector Force team of field-based inspectors come from a wide range of backgrounds including surveying, construction and insurance.  They utilise the latest estimating and scoping technology and deliver a wide range of cost saving services including:

  • Validation of claims up to a value of £10,000 (where desktop settlement/repudiation is not possible) 
  • Identification of potential fraud issues 
  • Repudiation of appropriate cases on site 
  • Fixed cost scoping and pricing for cases up to £2,500 
  • Scoping and price frame set on cases between £2,500 and £10,000 
  • Negotiation of settlement on site in line with client philosophies including authorisation of policyholder’s own contractor, cash settlement or appointment of the Insurers  preferred supplier for fulfilment
