At the annual Insurance Times Awards ceremony, Davies Group was awarded the accolade of Loss Adjuster of the Year 2011, for the second year in succession, against stiff competition from Crawford’s, Garwyn, Merlin and RSA.

After receiving the reward Charles Crawford; Davies Group’s CEO, said “Our award submission was around the unique way that we handle Escape of Water claims and the judges were looking for ‘a business that had put customer service at the heart of its strategy and was a loss adjuster that embraced technology, innovation, developed its people and stood out from the crowd’. We are absolutely delighted to have retained this award and the recognition of our efforts in delivering innovative new services across the Group.  It was particularly gratifying to receive the award in front of many of our clients and must take this opportunity to thank them for the support they continue to give.
