Another of our innovative packaged solutions is Davies Options. An inspector-led service designed to meet the challenges of high-leakage, low-value building claims.

In cases such as this using adjusters is often considered uneconomic and as a result claims are paid without the opportunity for inspection and cost control.  Davies Options addresses this problem and is proving very popular with both new and existing clients, keen to seize the opportunity to add value and minimise unnecessary costs in this most common type of claim.

Davies Options is a fast-track solution bringing together our inspectors and contractor management expertise (Eastwell) for building losses under £5,000 in value.  We provide a detailed inspection, report and photographic evidence upon which claims can be quickly validated or declined.  When validated we can offer one of four options:

  • cash settlement based on the inspectors assessment 
  • cash settlement based on the validated estimate 
  • assistance in providing a scoping document for estimation purposes 
  • repair through our managed contractor network
