C-Live

We believe in transparency of service and provide our clients with remote access to our claims system, C-Live, in order to remotely audit the quality of our service, analyse their accounts and view specific claim information.

Each user has a unique user name and password giving them access to pre-determined areas of the system.  C-live provides secure, round-the-clock access to claim files including digital images of correspondence, complete claims history and audit trail of accounts.

Key features of the system are :

  • Ring-fenced C-live lounge with individual log on details. 
  • Customisation of claim databases show the exact information our client base require. 
  • Digital documentation. 
  • Financial history of all transactions (payments, credits and reserve movements). 
  • Export/download functionality, to import information to a spread sheet for further analysis. 
  • Custom filter, sort & group functionality. 
  • Interactive functionality allowing users to make comments or request updates.
